This role is hand-building ductwork and installing massive heating and air conditioning systems. You’ll be part of a team that gets to direct monster crane picks and go into areas that are off-limits to others. You will get to brag to your friends and family how you built a stadium, a hospital, or the very school your kids attend. You’ll gain practical knowledge that you can use for the rest of your life. Top performers will be placed into the exclusive Apprenticeship program with company-paid schooling and benefits. Training received through the apprenticeship includes fabrication, air conditioners and controls, furnace and heating equipment, drafting/CAD, and welding.

Basic Qualifications:

  • You can comfortably lift 50+ pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items

Sheet Metal Preapprentice - training provided


This role currently involves working with our estimators, PMs, and fabrication team to bring bid documents to life. You will work with state-of-the-art software, project specs, and industry standards to layout air handling equipment and ductwork necessary to support commercial buildings. Your designs will go into our fabrication line for processing, so you will partner with our shop team to optimize production schedules and reduce waste. You will also use 3-D modeling software to coordinate, occasionally at customer sites, with other contractors. A top performer can grow the role even further over time, possibly into a BIM Department Lead or Project Manager position.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Verifiable experience with duct systems and CAD software (Revit, AEC, SysQue, etc.) via one of the following:

    • 3+ years drafting duct system for a mechanical contractor or design firm

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with working knowledge of software

    • Associates Degree or higher in relevant field with 2+ year drafting duct systems

  • Ability to lead coordination meetings with other trades

  • Extreme attention to detail and pride in your work

BIM/CAD Manager


Our driver works with the guidance of our fabrication team at our headquarters. Each day will be unique! You will ensure that ductwork and equipment are organized and stored in our facility and/or loaded properly onto trucks. A large portion of our deliveries are made within 30 miles of our facility, so you’ll get to know the corridor well. We put a lot of trust in this individual, so career advancement opportunities may be possible for the right candidate.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to safely maneuver larger stake bed trucks with beds in excess of 12ft

  • You can comfortably lift 50+ pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items

Driver/Sheet Metal Helper


This career opportunity involves supporting the operational excellence of our project teams. You will be heavily involved in both the operations side and financial side of the business. You will learn key elements of running a rapidly-growing construction business first-hand.

Working with our construction leaders, you will facilitate critical construction processes and documents including construction schedules across projects, equipment delivery timelines, change orders, submittals, and other essential records. You will also be a key point of contact for our service team and customers, including scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring service contracts remain active.

Your contributions to financial areas may include partnering with our accounting team on managing payables, validating transaction documents, and tracking assets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or military experience in relevant field (Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering)

  • Microsoft Excel experience is a must

  • Understanding of financial reporting (income statement, accounts payable, accounts receivable)
